2017年起，城市和农村义务教育学生将享受同样的“免学杂费、免费提供教科书，对家庭经济困难寄宿生补贴生活费”的政策。

We will work to ensure that our people have access to equitable and quality education. We will combine the separate policies for rural and urban students receiving compulsory education that waive tuition and miscellaneous fees， supply free textbooks， and grant living allowances for boarders from financially disadvantaged families.
