大多数背井离乡的年轻人，事业与家人难以兼得。国内某社交平台日前发布《2019都市异乡青年调查报告》显示，近六成年轻人一年365天中，陪伴父母的时间少于10天。其中，都市年轻人一年在家乡陪伴父母3天以内的比例为6 5%，陪父母3～10天占比最高，比重为53 1%。
