23日，《鞍山市中小学校、职业学校2018-2019学年度寒假工作安排意见》正式出炉，对寒假时间、假期作业以及其他具体活动安排予以明确“解读”。全市中小学生寒假时间为：2019年1月21日至2月27日，2月28日为到校日，3月1日开学。
